We're setting up our race headquarters in Kansas City, Missouri, at the fabulous Loews Hotel KC!

To join the race, it's $500 per person.

If you're sharing a room, it's a total of $299 for all three nights (that includes all taxes and fees!).

If you want your own space, it's $799 for three nights (taxes and fees included!).

No need to hit the brakes and worry about snagging a room! CL has secured your spot on the grid (hotel reservations!) because we've got an awesome group rate. So, put your feet up and relax – don't try to book directly with the hotel. Let our pit crew handle the logistics!

To make sure you don't miss out on any practice laps or pre-race festivities, we encourage all our drivers to arrive by 5 PM on Tuesday, January 13th! Check-in at the hotel opens at 4 PM CST, giving you plenty of time to get settled before the action heats up.

We know you'll want to extend your time on the track, but when it's time for the final lap, aim for Friday, January 16th! To ensure you get every last bit of track time and don't depart too early, please don't schedule your departure before 4 PM CST. We want to make sure you've crossed the finish line of fun!

Your pit stop is at Kansas City International Airport (MCI).

Our pit crew (CL) will provide bus transportation based on arrival and departure times. We'll send you your scheduled pick-up time closer to the event! If you arrive or depart outside of the group times, you'll be responsible for your own transportation.

If your timing is off or you just prefer a solo sprint, you're welcome to take an Uber/Lyft to the hotel. Just follow the rideshare signs at MCI to the Loews Hotel, located at 1515 Wyandotte St, Kansas City, MO 64108.

All Publishers & staff are invited to hit the track! Just a quick pit note: all staff must be an employee of City Lifestyle with an active City Lifestyle email address to attend. If your Editor or Publication Director isn't in our system, please reach out to National Support to get them signed up!

Your conference fees will be taken out of your Publisher's November commissions. This year, we're even offering an optional payment plan! If you register by August 12th, your fees can be split into 4 interest free payments (Sept., Oct., Nov., Dec.)

The Loews Kansas City Hotel offers both valet and self-parking.
Overnight valet parking is $45 + tax per night. Short-term valet is $32 + tax.
Overnight self-parking is $33 + tax per night. Short-term self-parking is $25 + tax.
Just a heads-up: maximum vehicle height is 7'. If you have a taller ride, please contact the hotel for other parking options.

Hotel check-in is at 4 PM CST. We'll do our best to get you into your room if you arrive a bit early! Check-out is before 11 AM CST.

Publishers are mandatory attendees for the entirety of National Conference – no skipping out on those critical laps! We highly encourage your Editors and Publication Directors to join us too for all the insights!

Sorry, but per your signed Franchise Agreement, Publishers must attend the entire National Conference. This is your main event!

If Mother Nature throws a wrench in your travel plans due to inclement weather, please just take the next available flight to KC and notify Beth Wood at [email protected].
